I needed to ship my 68 bronco from NM to NH. I got a bunch of quotes, around the globe was on the cheap side. They sent me an email saying they had a carrier in the area leaving soon, $800 shipping, $300 gas card, ect...
Almost everything they told me was BS.
The quote i got from them was for $800 shipping it non running. 4/17/09 I filled out their form online, they called me asked for my CC info. Charged $190 right then. She said it would be picked up in 3 days.
All fine with me.
4 days later she called me saying they were looking for a driver.
Called a couple of times, put on hold forever, hung up. Never responded to any emails.
4/24/09- Called me up saying the driver wanted 500 more and they were covering half of it. And they were picking it up that day. So final price came out to be 1050.00
4/27/09 Picked up. I had to ask the seller if it had been picked up. As around the globe wouldn't answer their phone or respond to any emails.
Delievered 5-2-09

If they had just told me the truth, and said it would take a week. And there was not a driver in the area. i would be fine with that. But they just lied.
I was not under any timeframe to get it. If you are i would defiantly not use around the globe.

Dont believe their $300 Gas "Voucher" either. Its a know scam and people rarely get paid.

I also notice alot of bad reviews of this company on transportreviews mysteriously disappear. Maby thats a part of paying them off to get the "Gold Status".
