Your Vehicle was picked up within 48 hours and delivered within 24 hours of the suggested dates, as promised. Your driver did contact you before picking up and prior upon delivery as promised. We are not the drivers and can not control there answering unfortunately. We did charge you a $75 Deposit, this is the amount of our service. We dispatch your vehicle and cannot do that for free. We feel that our pricing is fair considering many companies charge over $100.
