We are quick to type out a letter to complain when service is less than satisfactory and seldom take the time to so so when things have gone smoothly. I would like to go ahead and do just that. I had a great experience with your company. I congratulate you for having very well trained staff that are knowledgeable and very courteous. I had some anxiety and many questions in regards to shipping my car and frankly having had a bad experience shipping a car in the past was very apprehensive to say the least. I was fortunate to have Cisco Garcia as my contact, he went out his way to ensure that all my questions were answered in a professional and timely manner and also had the patience to alleviate my anxiety with quick and logical answers to my questions. My car was delivered without problems and my experience was wonderfully uneventful. I am glad I found a good company that I can rely on with awesome employees like Cisco. Thanks a bunch and keep up the good work.
