The car was picked up on July 30th,2009. We were told it would be delivered August 3rd, or 4th.Their website even says for this time of year, you can expect delivery between 3 and 5 days.It took 12 days. During the 12 days, we called Apple many times to get an idea as to when the delivery would take place.Each time, we were told a different date.Sometimes they said they would call us back,but did not.We had to keep calling them.We were promised delivery dates four different times.None happened. We were told the truck blew a piston and was being repaired in Naples.When we finally got the car at 10pm the night of August 11th, I asked the driver about the mecanical problem, and he said "there were no problems".We were lied to the whole time by Carrie White.We thought our car was stolen or badly damaged.We found out they had a problem with the original driver,and had to fly another driver down to take over.They did not tell us this until after the car was delivered,nor would they tell us the nature of the problem.
A horrible experience I would not wish on anyone!! We had many sleepless nights.
My suggestion to anyone wishing to ship thier car is to drive it yourself unless you personally know the transporter,or is a family member.
