Having no desire to travel down in a car with our puppy for 2.5 days, we opted to get our car sent ahead and it beat us to florida when we believed and expected that it might get there after us. Excellent communication and very courtesy staff both over the phone, on email, and in person. Highly recommend them to anybody needing the service at an affordable price.
