My salesperson was Brandon. He is excellent. Due to some reason I contacted last moment but he did not change price and old price gave me. whenever I called him he used to give me answers very nicely. he gave his cell no only. after office hours also he gave me answers. I do not like to call anybody after work hrs. But his company is not very professional .I gave my credit card no and they charged deposit but not send me receipt then I contacted Brandon and he sand me receipt. For driver information also company did not send any information I sent them 2 0r 3 emails also but they did not send. But then again after work hrs again I called Brandon and he send me the driver information. so Brandon is doing all work not company.
and email they are saying 24hours customer service but nobody pickup phone after 7 o'clock.
so if they will start service for 24 hours that will be nice.
They provide me very nice trucking Company. Driver was very good and in time. I told driver that I need to pickup before 2:00pm and they came before that time and pick my van. even they delivered in time no damage. In shipping main thing is driver and trucking company . they provided both excellent.so I am happy with that and I will ignore company negative point.but I will suggest that instead of sales person is doing all work but company has to improve customer service. so we do not have to disturb sales person again and again.
