I reviewed over 50 companies before deciding on Angels Moving Autos. I checked for the BBB for accreditation, rating, and # and types of complaints files. I also checked with the DOT for # and types of vehicles registered, carrier vs broker, and complains filed. And I read transportreviews.

Initially I wanted to use another company because Angels had a slightly higher quote. However, the other companies I started with had either poor customer service, were very pushy on the phone, or had large (7 day) pickup / dropoff windows. Finally I called Dina at Angels and she was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. She knew "insider" information that no one else told me: my move was during memorial day and my route would have fewer drivers, so I would have to pay a little extra to guarantee a driver picked up my quote. I did that and was picked up - a friend went with someone else and their quote was never picked up.

Overall, Dina is very knowledgeable and I trust her even though I have never met her. I could always get ahold of her and their office was very responsive. They called me before, during, and after the shipping. Go with them to avoid a headache and still get a fair price.
