We were worried about shipping our vehicle after hearing horror stories about vehicles not getting picked up, sudden price increases, etc. We understood that with fuel prices on the rise, that this could be a challenge. While Angles weren't the lowest bid, they were responsive without being agressive and were very informative. As we got close to the last possible date to ship the vehicle to ensure delivery by the date we needed, Angels dropped their fee to allow the driver the compensation needed to make the shipment happen. They followed up regularly with us and our friend at the other end taking delivery by phone to keep us informed of changes in schedule. The truck/transport was in great shape (no worries about breaking down after seeing it!) and the driver very friendly and knowledgeable. The pickup time changed by 24 hours as did the delivery time, but it was in Michigan before we needed it to be. After discovering that the keys had been locked inside the truck, someone came to unlock the truck without additional cost to us. We definitely recommend Angels - they really hustled to make this work for us! Thanks Dina, Melissa and Megan!
