On Tuesday March 22, 2011 Donna (who claims to be the owner of the business) provided a quote over the phone and then sent it via email for the transportation of a vehicle from Florida to Georgia. This quote was never officially approved. On Friday March 25th she called to ask for the credit card number because her carrier had picked up the car and were moving forward with delivery without my prior authorization. After denying approval for the service again, due to the fact that there had not been no prior authorization, Donna forced me to submit a payment for the delivery or she threatened to leave the car in a storage facility. Additionally, she requested executing the contract she had emailed on Tuesday the 22nd authorizing the delivery and the charges to the credit card or otherwise she was not going to allow the delivery of the car to Georgia. Donna harassed me, forced me to sign a contract after the fact she picked up the car from Florida without my authorization and forced me to submit a payment for services I never approved, and put me in a very compromising and unacceptable situation. I find this entity has very poor business ethic and customer service.

This customer has written a review with her version, however we have a completely different one. This was the 3rd time Sofia contacted us for shipping a car, we had already shipped two prior. She placed an order with us. Our carrier went and picked up the car. The credit card she had on file was expired and I called her to get a new card number. At that time she told me she was no longer going to ship the car but going to drive it. I then told her the car had already been picked up by the carrier. She tries to say she didn't place the order, however, the only way we have any names, address and phone numbers for customers is when they are provided to us. Sofia knew exactly what she was doing, she was hoping to get the car delivered to her prior to us calling her regarding the expired card and was shocked that our carrier called her and told her they would not deliver the car until she paid us our broker fee. We were so grateful for the honesty of this carrier, they kept us from being ripped off. Nice try Sofia, you tried to ship your car without paying us our fee! Car was delivered in perfect condition!!! Sofia - there is a 5 letter word that fits you!
