Use again? Not entirely sure we would.

There seemed to be a communication issue all through our experience with Angels. They said they would call numberous times to update us and and didn't. They gave us a driver's name and phone number and after we spoke with the driver, they told us they cancelled his company's contract, but they never told the driver who continued to call us - which was uncomfortable until it was annoying.

The new company they gave the assignment to had a driver who could not speak a WORD of intelligible English - so no one ever knew what was going on or what he was trying to say and he miscommuinicated issues several times, again sending both shippers and receivers into heavy confusion.

After it was finally picked up, a day late with the new driver and new company - we were given an estimate of 10 days We were then called 2 days later and told the driver got to Florida in record time and could we receive the vehicle at 7am the next morning. We scrambled our schedules and rearranged our lives to be there and of course, the driver was not there and had AGAIN miscommunicated his arrival time - which turned out to be nearly 4pm that day.

The vehicle arrived in good condition - which after the incredible hassel of getting it picked up and delivered - was a blessing. It was not cheap, we paid the current "going" rate and we expected to have a much better experience based on other reviews. Would we use them again? Not entirely sure we would - at that price, we might have to go with another company who gets their info correct and communicates with customers - as promised and does the work of communicating with the driver and source of origin. We did ALL the communicating and had to almost force them into communicating status. IT was a Friday and Angels' abandoned the office by early afternoon and were not reachable until the next Monday. I think they are a good company that has some real issues with staff and communication, both internal and external.

I was surprised by this review, because on 06/26/2007, Clemens posted a 5 star review saying he would use us again. All the notes in the order show they were happy with the service, there was a delay with a carrier, however we redeemed the time lost and the car was delivered as scheduled. I am sorry if you felt you could not communicate with the office, that seems to always be the highlight of service we provide, our phones are always answered!!! Also my notes indicate that the customer was called 6 times in a 7 day window with carrier updates.
