Driver couldn't find destination

Pickup and delivery dates were exactly as promised- I was very happy about the promptness. The car had oil spread across it, but I expect this happens, depending on the car above yours. I don't think there was any damage to the car. The only major complaint I have is the driver couldn't find the destination! I selected a nearby major shopping mall (Barton Creek Square Mall), because it was easy to find, clearly marked on maps, and on the intersection of a freeway and major highway. Unfortunately, the driver couldn't find it! After driving around for hours, he finally dropped it off one hour north of this location, and I had to pay for a taxi ($45!) to pick up my car! The driver barely spoke English, and was relying on me trying to communicate which freeway exit to take. He did not appear to have even a freeway map of the area. I should be able to give a destination address, and they should be able to use Google (or whatever) to provide directions. Unfortunately, Angels didn't feel this is their problem, based on email exchanges with them.
