BEWARE: Unreliable, Raised Price, Argumentative, and RUDE!

I called Monday Nov 1st to order a pickup. I CLEARLY told their rep I needed the car delivered in Niagara Falls by Nov 13. They WASTED 3 DAYS before telling me of a lack of a truck & accusing me of not telling them of my deadline. Then they wanted to raise the price by $175 dollars in order to get the car at the destination in time, without guaranteed delivery. A TYPICAL BAIT & SWITCH!! Most of all DINA raised her voice, was very rude!!! Its probably better that they are not shipping my car!!

Mr Goraya ~ At no time did our office promise this vehicle would be delivered by November 13th. This is a demand the customer made after the vehicle was dispatched to the carrier and when we gave him the delivery dates, 7-10 days with the 13th be the last day of the window Mr. Goraya spazzed out over the phone. I have shipped cars for 8 years and no better than to ever GUARANTEE ANYTHING regarding a cross-country shipment. This is not a typical bait and switch, this is a typical JACK ASS person who thinks they know how to do my job better than me. We never wanted to raise his price, we had a carrier assigned!
