Angel's Shipping's contact, Randy, was able to pick up my bike early. In fact, they called me for a same day pick up as soon as I scheduled the move. The bike was professionally secured in an enclosed trailer for delivery 6 days later. The shipper's called to let me know that the bike would be a day late because of a misunderstanding as a result of the Memorial Day Holiday. Randy called me several times on the delivery date to let me know when to expect him and delivered on time that evening. Overall, the service and communication with the shipper was very good and they will be the first company I call next time.
