this was my first time transporting my car and was nervous, they quoted me 7 - 10 days but then called me back and few hours later saying they can get my car they in 4 days and can pick it up in a few days and I'll be dam they did. they bugged me to death calling with updates but giving the situation, thats what you want and the driver did the same, nice guy by the way. I hear from everyone that worked there, so with that said. I'll be using them again (if I have to move back, let's hope not). if you guys are reading this, thanks for the excellent customer service and the cheaper than everyone else price and getting my car here dam near before i got here.
