Our order was placed on 3/10/10 and was told a carrier would be available that day to pick up our truck. Unfortunately the carrier's transmission blew and they had to reschedule with another carrier for 3/17/10. Again, there was something wrong with the carrier's vehicle and they had to reschedule. Unfortunately the third time, 3/19/10, our business hours did not meet the carrier's pick-up time, so we had to reschedule again. The fourth carrier, 3/24/10, asked for pictures and thought they would be able to pick up our truck, but when he got there, our vehicle would not fit onto his carrier. The fifth, and final carrier scheduled to pick up our truck on 3/24/10 was able to sucessfully transport our company truck and delivered on 4/2/10. The staff was very friendly and aplogetic in our situation. Though they worked diligently to get us a carrier, from the date of our order to the date of pick up was way over the pick-up window time frame. We were also charged a rescheduling fee of $150 when our business hours did not meet the pick-up time for the third reschedule, but we were not given any sort of incovenience credit/waive for the 3 times they had to reschedule.

Overall, the staff was friendly, but unfortunately our experience with all the rescheduling made it so we probably wouldn't use them again.
