Most of the reviews you see in here are paid reviews so you will not get a correct information untill you do business with an auto carries.

Never ever do business with Angel Autos, the company is a BIG SCAM and are very dishonest. They are very nice at the beginning, as soon as you agree to ship with them everything changes. They will take you credit card info promising with you so many things, and after giving credit info what you get is totally different with what you have agreed on.... more than 10 calls and several e-mails before you can get in touch with someone in the company.

We had to fly on Friday 26th to California, so we wanted the vehicle to be picked up latest by 25th, they give us 4 day window, from 22 to 25th to pick up our SUV, we were very much bount with the dates... and could not do anything after thursday 25th, so they assured again and again over phone that yes my car will be picked up on Thursday because we were not available the next day.

I wanted a written email to guarantee the date that they will not delay than 25th which they agreed, and said Ok we are sending you email guarantee. and after taking my credit card info, they sent me an email saying there is NO GUARANTEE about the pick up date..... Oh god... and then when we cancelled within 15 minutes of giving credit card info, they said there was a 150 NON refundable deposit.... they charged my card for the LIES they told and false promises they made.......

when I called for a refund... the manager Emillie talked really very very RUDELY, and passed racist remarks on me, and told me NOT TO CALL THIS OFFICE AGAIN.... so what about my hard earned money.... I pray to god you people do not go to HEAVEN with my hard earned money..... GOD and I will never forgive you for your cheating.....
