1. We contracted with Angels Moving Autos to ship a vehicle from Annapolis, Maryland to Phoenix, Arizona. 2. After 3 “postponements” of delivery date, and Angels admitting that they had no idea where our vehicle was, both Maryland and Arizona police called for assistance. 3. Phoenix TV Channel 3 “On Your Side” contacted for assistance. Our story aired on both 6 o’clock and 11 o’clock evening news in Phoenix, (June 28, 2006). 4. With a TV station involved, our vehicle was “found” in a parking lot in Maryland. Despite stories from Angels of a truck breaking down enroute, our car had never left Maryland. 5. Our car arrives in Phoenix, after 28 days. 6. Angel’s owner Dina G. promises to refund part of our fee, because of the problems in finding/delivering our vehicle. 7. To date, (four months later) Dina G. will not respond to phone calls or refund that portion of fee she previously promised to refund.
