I thought that my car was going to be picked up and delivered by Angels Moving Autos. It was subcontracted out to West Coast Auto Carrier, which is fine but I was never told that they subcontracted out. The driver got caught in a snow storm which is a fine reason for a delay. But once the driver reached LA he had transmission problems and my car was delayed 4 days.
