I had my truck picked up in los angeles to be delivered in Alabama. There was confusion as to exactly where the car needed to be dropped off. This confusion was on behalf of the carrier. Angels definately knows that its not that the ball was dropped, but how it is picked up that defines customer service. Dina (i think thats how you spell it), She don't play. When there was a hiccup, she cracked the whip and everything fell into place. I wasn't in a hurry for the vehicle and got it on the day that was originally quoted. I would use them again for autotransport.
