I recently found myself having to move cross-country in less than a week, and called Angels Moving Autos at the suggestion of a friend who had used them to ship his car from L.A. to Boston a few years earlier. A lot can change at a company during that time, so I was pleased to find that the staff at Angels was as friendly and accommodating as my friend had recalled.

Even though I was pressed for time and my needs were highly specific- I found out that I had to move on a Monday and left town that Saturday, but I needed my car up until the last minute- Dina and Emily at Angels worked with me to find a transport company that would be willing to pick up my car during my 24 hr window, at a price within my budget.

The transport company they worked with (G&N Transport out of Tampa, Fl) was also a pleasant surprise. The company arranged to pick up the car in the afternoon, but when the driver called to confirm the time, I asked him if there was any way he and his partner could show up a little earlier. They did! We had my car on the trailer by 1 p.m., giving me more than enough time to tie up my loose ends.

Although my car made it to Miami toward the back end of the estimated time of arrival, I was never left wondering where my car was. The folks at Angels called me up several times to update me, and the dispatcher at G&N was happy to answer my questions the one time I called.

Moving is a stressful experience, and transporting your car is one of the biggest headaches there is (especially when you start realizing how few companies are registered with the Better Business Bureau, and how few of those have acceptable evaluations!). But on this occasion, transporting my car went about as smoothly as one could ever hope for, thanks to Angels Moving Autos. Everyone I spoke with at Angels was courteous and professional, and the drivers at G&N were friendly as well.
