First off, when the trucking company ( a 3rd party btw) is delivering cars on weekends, your office/answering service should also be open then. That, however, is the least of the problems.

First, Dina told me that she personally knows the company being used, etc. etc.. A company they used was completely different than the one she mentioned on the phone. She guaranteed me a Saturday pickup, they could not do Saturday. Granted it was a day earlier, but I requested Saturday because with moving, you are extremely busy and free time is hard to come by.

Next, the driver could not speak English very well at all, and it took him over 2 hours to find the meeting place after he said 10 minutes. GPS is a wonderful thing, they obviously don't realize this.

Third, I receive a call saying my car will be arriving the following night and someone will call. No one called. When I called the cell number of the driver they gave me, he forwarded me to voicemail over and over. He finally came the next day at 3pm, stoned out of his mind. I will say the overall ship time of like 6 days was phenomenal, but that had nothing to do with Angels, it was the transport company that controlled that.

MOST IMPORTANTLY....My EZ Pass, which was in my glove compartment and impossible to be scanned unless removed from the car, HAS CHARGES ON IT FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY ON THE DAYS MY CAR WAS BEING SHIPPED. THEY USED MY EZ PASS TO PAY TOLLS!!

Last, Angels is useless. They are a broker. They do nothing in the transport process. After they booked my CC, an actual person from Angels never contacted me once. I called them a few times to find out where my car was, but not one contact from them. The contact I had was from the actual shipping company, who I could have just booked with directly, probably for a better price.

I warn you, do NOT use Angels. These reviews must be fake or made by Angels employees because they don't do anything. They take your CC then run away without contact.

I'm sure they will reply with lies about how they called, didn't use EZ Pass, etc.. But I have no reason to come on here and lie, I wish it turned out so I didn't have to come on here.

To consumers: Mr. Dadika's two cars were shipped quickly, in perfect condition, and they were picked up 1 day early. Mr. Dadika agreed to the driver coming on a Friday night as opposed to a Saturday. We kept in touch with him the whole time the vehiclle was in transport making sure he was aware of the drivers whereabouts at all time. Mr. Dadika swears the driver of the truck got into his car and used his EZ pass to pay tolls while coming across the country. However, the driver has provided us and Mr. Dadika copies of his EZ Pass bill showing he used his own EZ pass across the country. Mr. Dadika has not shown any evidence of such charges. While we do everything to please our customers and follow up on complaints, it has been impossible to deal with this gentleman, he insisits on arguing, using profanity, and making threats.
