Well, first I have to thank Transport Reviews for having this service available, it made quick work of narrowing down the players I wanted to work with. My wife had contacted a company to move my daughters car from California to South Carolina for school, they were very vague about the pick up date and time, when we received their contract and read it there was no way I was going to sign it. Thats when I started my search. I found this site, looked up the company my wife chose, read many of the reviews and was more convinced we did not want to contract with them. Thats when the high pressure sales push began. I searched the higher rated companies, contacted three for pricing and found that there is only about $100.00 difference between all contacted companies.
I chose ANGELS MOVING AUTOS, it was the right choice! They were polite, knowledgeable and on top of their process. They knew the route and driver and which sub-contractor was going to do the move. The driver was a driver, but courteous and professional, his rig was neat, clean, and newer. The ladies at Angels Moving Autos and MG Auto LLC (Carrier) kept us informed via e-mail and phone calls. Each contact was logged into our account, so there was consistant, correct and up to date information when ever we had a question. Bottom line, the car was picked up and delivered on time and we were kept informed. ANGELS MOVING AUTOS deserves the the five star rating, they have earned it! I will use and reccomend ANGELS MOVING AUTOS when ever possible.
