Pick up location problems

We were told to pick up the car at one location, yet when we called them the car wasn't there and we had to go elsewhere. No one ever gave us a good explanation of why the car wasn't where we were told it would be. However, it was in good shape when we picked it up, and the price was right, so we would use Angels again. The employees we spoke with were always very friendly, but there seemed to be a lack of communication among them.
