Poor communication

I left a credit card deposit with Angels, our car was supposed to be picked up within 2 weeks with a call back confirmation. I never received a call back. On Sept. 8 I called 7 times and left a few messages to return my call. 2 days later I received a call back from them. I had located another carrier in the mean time who picked the car up 2 days later. Again I tried to call and cancel my order, left messages. When they finally called back I said I had scheduled another carrier they just hung up on me. After I had my business associate put a post up here for me, Angles called me right away and said I had ruined their reputation by placing a post on this board. - Need I say more.

To all consumers - As the owner of this company I will not waste much time responding to nonsense. Marvin promised his customer something he could not provide prior to even calling our office for a quote. His accusations of making 8 calls with no return calls in 2 days is nonsense, and our history with our customers speaks for itself. We feel this experience has been a blessing because the lesson we have learned is to now always question the seller if they have already promised a customer something prior to contacting us. Marvin was rude and degrading on the phone. I personally refunded his money on the 8th of September because of the way he spoke to the staff in my office. This review he has posted is a direct result of me cancelling his order with us! I do not appreciate my staff members being called names.
