I had contracted transport with another company on July 7, 2009 from Vista California to Ebony Virginia. In placing the order I specified that the vehicle was being held at a Tow Company and costing $25 per day in storage fees. I was told that the vehicle would be picked-up in 4 to 7 days or at max of 10 days. I clearly stated that if the vehicle could not be handled in this time frame I needed to know up front as I couldn't afford to pay this storage fee for more than 10 days. No problem was the response. After 21 days of waiting the transport company still could not give me a specific pickup date nor did they seem to care if the vehicle was every picked-up. The only response they were able to give was that the pickup would be in 4 to 7 days maybe. The situation was so bad that the transport company wouldn't even answer their phone so I could cancel the order.

At this point I contacted Angels and was pleasantly surprised. I explained my situation and was immediately turned over to a manager. This individual stated that she would do everything she could to help me with my situation and ask that I allow her to make a phone call to see what she could arrange. Within ten minutes a transport had been contracted and pickup was scheduled for the same day. Needless to say I was extremely surprised with this service and could hardly believe what I was being told. Upon completion of the necessary paper work I received an e-mail confirmation and a scheduling notification. I immediately called the transport driver and was given a estimated pickup time for that very same day. "Excellant Sevice" from the initial phone call to the final delivery. Thank you "ANGELS", you made a very un-pleasant situation turn into a total enjoyable one.
