Everything went smoothly with this car transport. My only issue would be that the price was increased from my quote by several hundred dollars right as they charged my CC for the deposit. The reason given was that oil prices had increased. I understand this but if you quote someone a price you should stick to it and not change the price and charge for the deposit at the same time. This gave me no choice but to stick with this company even though I was upset at the last minute price increase.
On the upside the customer service was excellent and I was kept informed of the process throughout the move. The driver was friendly and picked up/dropped off at the specified times. I would use again if I had a guarantee that they would not raise the price from the quote.
