Phone operator seem to be confuse about what type of truck carrier should be used .Open or close truck.The first truck driver don't want to pick the car up when he arrived to the location Even do I specifie in my work order of the car being damaged but in running condition. The truck driver did not call ahead of time to let my know a what time the car supose to be deliver. The truck driver supose to call a least 3 HOURS before he deliveres the car and He did not called. I was not at home when truck carrier arrived to my location. The driver was rushing me to get to him.
