This was my first time using a shipping/transport company, so I was very anxious about the whole process, especially since my vehicle was coming across the country. Once Angels received my info, I was in their text system. Dina @Angels was my primary contact, and kept me informed from the time it was loaded until delivery. She was always available via text and very responsive to text and phone call. Pros- price was competitive; a preferred vendor for the dealership I was buying from, which certainly made it easier; availability and response time; experience and personal touch. If you're like me and can't spare time to oversee the entire process, you need someone to be the liaison between seller and carrier, and do all the coordination. I'd say Angels excelled at that. Cons- It would be cool if there was some kind of live tracker you could follow progress of your shipment. I spent a few days wondering if delivery was happening- but again, here is where Dina and Angels were very helpful in contacting the dispatcher and driver to get an update for me. Overall, now having been through the process, I'd use Angels again for sure.
