The truck driver who took my car was very nice and helpful he kept me informed as my car was coming close to being dropped off. I would highly reccomend using this company they are punctule and try to keep you up to date on when your vehicle will be picked up and dropped off. They try to find the most conveient location to do the drop off or pickup in your neighborhood if they can't get in. I was able to walk back to the house it was so close. The price was the most reasonable for the timing I wanted and they didn't give me a huge window like other companies did.
