I had contacted Angels Moving Autos after my regular enclosed carrier made a large mistake and promised me a specific pickup date yet never showed.
I called A.M.A in a pinch and explained my situation; they were very accommodating and worked my pickup in the best they could, and within my budget, considering I gave them virtually no advance notice.
The carrier they hired had a few delays in CA and it created a bit of anxiety on my part, but it was only about a day delay from the original estimated pickup window. In fairness the carrier was operating a new rig and apparently was working through a few bugs with it, he also experienced a flat tire a few hours from my pickup location. Deborah from A.M.A called me to see how things were going just prior to the pickup and was very prompt in handling my concerns at the time. For me follow-up is a HUGE issue and this exceeded my expectations! My regular carrier (a major US auto carrier with orange trucks) has never once followed-up with me before, during, or after a transport. Which makes me wonder how much they value my business, or take it for granted...
All things considered I would not hesitate to hire A.M.A again to handle my auto transport needs. Though I would probably request their most praised enclosed carrier in the future, and provide more advance notice. When it comes to customer service and accommodation, I can't recall using a carrier that has performed better!
