Based on reviews I thought I was paying a little extra for extraordinary service; I understood the delay (weather related) but I was the one who had to initiate the calls to check status, was not called day before to be told it would be late (two different eta's, called day before each one myself). Sort of expected a heads-up that they were going to be late, if I hadn't called I wouldn't have known. Other than that service was satisfactory.
