Angels move 1995 Cadillac 1400 miles

I called four other national auto moving company's and was not satisfied with even contacting them let alone using them. They were all recommended but sure didn't come across very well on the phone. A family friend who operates his own car appraisal company recommended Angels. In fact, Angels was his only recommendation. I called Angels immediately. The intial contact was superb. Dina the main person at Angels, was courteous, friendly, professional and had all the answers right away. She offered me two choices: to transport the car covered, or uncovered. Covered was more expensive and I am guessing Angels would have made more money. However, Dina indicated I probably wouldn't need covered and she explained why. So she saved me money right then. Also, Angel's price was better than two of the four i originally contacted and competitive with the other two. I went ahead and agreed to have Angels transport the car.. The contract was fully explained to me before it was sent to me in an email. Angels made it very easy to electronically sign the contract and they do not charge your card till about two days before the pickup window. They text or email you throughout the process advising you in advance of the pickup time within about two hours, again confirming the pickup, then again prior to the drop off point and finally when it is dropped off. Angels is completely professional, great communiction, competitive pricing and overall very efficient. Another thing I liked a lot is they advise you in advance of how to prepare the car and what to do to protect the car and to assure that the car is delivered in the condition it was sent. They really watch out for the customer. Great Experience! If I were to transport another car, I would not bother with any other company...Angels is outstanding!
