I purchased a new Toyota Highlander from a dealer in northern New York (few miles from Canadian border) and needed it to be transported to my home outside of New York City. To say I was nervous, would be an understatement. To begin, the purchase was finalized end of December and I wanted the car transported over the holiday break. Although intially told this may be possible, they later appropriately managed my expectations to accept that delivery would be made at start of New Year b/c of the paucity of truckers working during the holidays. Although somewhat disappointed, I was able to quickly get over it b/c my car was delivered to my home in the first week of the new year and WITHOUT A SCRATCH! I couldn't have been more pleased.
