Review: The driver lied about where he was. took longer than he should have to get across the country. Then proceeded to tell me that he was in Wyoming with some lame excuse about the weather when he was in Sacramento. I told the driver that I had GPS in my truck and that I knew exactly where he was. Oh he apologized when I caught him out flat out lying. He also damaged the hood of my 1972 Chevy truck in excellent condition. It apears that he droped some of his chains onto the hood destroying the paint. Told me that the damage was already there tore out the antenna ripping the metal around it and also ripped off the towing attachment as he unloaded and reloaded my truck many times. This I was told would not happen. Scraped the chrome off the front bumper all of which was of course not his fault. I was told that my truck would be left in the same place on this truck and it would not be unloaded. It was several times and was perched on top of the truck when unloaded. The shoddy driver tried to bargain hundreds of dollars of damage and very much refused to allow me to claim on the so called insurance that was part of the shipping. He told me that it took months for the claims to be processed. I will report this operation to the BBB. Be very careful. I chose this company based on the reviews here. How many of them are true. Who knows./ The order people were polite and did there job well but who cares how nice they are when you get badly damaged shipping and very dishonest drivers. I am glad that I caught out this driver. Many who transport don't have live GPS in there car. However I do. Would never use either of these companies again. Oh Angel charges $195 just for giving the job to the driver.

I sat and watched this truck drive all over the state of NY for days and days before he actually left the state as my truck was bashed about. I have all the tracking data and the scratches all over the body to prove it. I will happily show it to anyone that would like to see this.

Our office has not been contacted by this customer in regards to this order at this time. His car was delivered on February 16h, and he posted this review on February 16th prior to notifying us regarding any damages. We have no details of anything that has happened with this order other than what is based in this review. If the customer vehicle was damaged, our office will do everything to help the customer with the claim process, that is what we do. As far as the driver being late, he delivered the car 10 days after pickup, the customer was told the delivery would take 7-10 days, vehicles take any where from 10-14 days to go all the way across the country. If the carrier remained in one city for 3 days that would be due to several pickup and deliveries in that city, very normal process. I cannot comment on any damages though because they have not been reported to our office at this time. It does sound like this customer had a horrible experience and we will do all we can to resolve his situation.
