Excellent customer service- they let me know when the car was scheduled to be picked up and dropped off, and followed up after each step to make sure it went smoothly. When I called for an update mid-trip, they contacted the driver while I was still on the phone and told me about the car's progress. The actual company responsible for the driving was AADA and they were all very nice and professional. Overall, it was an excellent decision to use Angels. The only problem I had was that my alignment was slightly off when the car arrived, but I talked to Angels and apparently this is normal (and can be expected) with a cross-country move.
