A Sense of Peace with Angels - Professional, Trustworthy, Focused on Customer Care

I have read horror stories of car shipments gone wrong, which made me incredibly nervous to ship my cars. But there’s a sense of peace when you are with the right company, and that’s how I felt working with Angels. This was my first time shipping a car, and my first big move (CA to PA). I had 2 cars to ship and had 0 experience with the industry. There are so many scams out there, so when I was researching an auto transport company, I looked extensively through higher end car forums (BMWs, Corvettes, Porsches, Muscle cars, etc.), because I knew that these folks would only want quality transport for their cars. I looked for the 3 most talked about companies, with consistency of positive reviews and experiences across multiple car forums and threads. Angels Moving Autos was a widely talked about company with positive reviews across the board, and I had narrowed it down to Angels and another company. Angels quoted me a little bit more than the other company, but the reason I chose Angels was because it is a family owned and operated business (unlike the other one which was a big corporate mass-consumer mess who didn’t care about your car and just wanted your money), and I knew they would give special care to their customers. I was right.

After almost being scammed by another company prior to finding Angels, I reached out to Dina and Bailey and we began the process. They took care of all the arrangements, and immediately assigned my cars to a driver for the exact timeframe I needed. I wanted my convertible top placement, which they told me is normal protocol for convertibles (the other company wanted me to pay extra for top placement, then later came back around and told me top placement is not guaranteed). +1 for Angels. (Upon delivery of cars, the convertible was indeed top placed).

It would have been disastrous to have to miss my flight on account of the driver not picking up my cars at the assigned time, but the guy who picked up arrived on the day, exactly within the time frame upon which we agreed. Dina and Bailey kept in constant communication through text messages, and the carrier we used (Unified) was always available to take my calls and questions. My driver (Jason), as well, called and texted with updates. I’m sure other companies do texting updates as well, but I appreciated and was surprised to see that Angel’s text updates were not automated, but were personalized, live updates, addressing me by name. Even the guys at Unified knew my name, and my cars. Everyone interacted with me as though I was a long-time friend, not just a customer. Considering all the cars and folks they are taking care of, I appreciated this kind of personalized treatment. +1 for Angels.

The time frame given to me was 7-10 days for cross country transport- my cars arrived in 7 days, again, exactly within the hours promised. Arrived no damage, and surprisingly clean. Over all, I am very thankful to have found Angels and would use no other company. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them. They are professional, trustworthy, and focused on customer care. In this industry, the saying goes... you really get what you pay for.
