Picking up a car for a friend. The driver was very friendly and a great guy, but the customer service rep and him were keeping me out of the loop for hours. Estimated delivery time was 2 pm and I didn't hear anything from them until 5 pm. Then the car didn't even get to me until around 7:15 pm. It was irritating but at least the car arrived in sound condition.
