When I decided to move from Los Angeles to Chicago, I was torn betwen selling my car and moving it. I was so scared of movers and didn't trust them at all in the very begining. I first searched for movers way back in Jul 2008 and got many offers for anywhere between $700-$1100 but I was scared. But then in Dec 2008, I googled for some reviews and I found good reviews for Angel Autos. When I called them. they were quoting more or less within the same price range. So I finally went with them and had a wonderful experience.

1) They intially gave me a quote and waited until I called them back to confirm the order. (I don't like people calling me back everyday, but they did call back once inbetween to say that they have a driver ready.)
2) When I confirmed the order, I initially wanted a date but then changed to an earlier date. By which time they had scheduled the pick up with the driver. But then I wanted to revert back to the original date they were good enough to do that and find me a new transporter without a change in charge.
3) The driver called a day ahead of time given to say that he's in the City and scheduled the pick up for a day later.
4) He called up on the morning of the pick up date to schedule the pick up time.
5) He was right on time and picked up the car and provided an estimated arrival date in Chicago.
6) Angel Autos called up every now and then to make sure everything was going as planned.
7) A day before the delivery date, the driver and the movers called to let me know that the car would be delivered on that day (Only minus point here is they surprised me and gave me only 2 hours notice. But since I was free, that was ok.)
8) The car was received in good condition and it's enjoying the chilli weather out here. And all I had to say to the driver was"'You guys 'Exceed Expectations' !!!".
