I called up Angel Moving autos, on Thursday 12/18/08, just two days before my planned date for moving my car. I had last minute change of plans with my move and was concerned that i may not be able to find a carrier in time. To my pleasant surprise, Dina and Jeniffer were able to find me a truck and on top of that, they also provided me an enclosed carrier for the price of a open carrier, a saving of nearly 300$ . This was one great Christmas present. They informed me that the truck driver will try to pickup the car on Saturday or Sunday at the latest.
Saturday arrived and i got couple of calls from Karyn to check if i was in communication with the truck driver, Dan, and on learning that i wasn't, she immediately called Dan and left him a message. I really appreciated Karyn calling on a Saturday, possibly outside business hours, to make sure the pickup was going as planned. Soon after that Dan called me and gave me the approximate time he will be able to pickup the car on Sunday. He actually made it early by a couple of hours, can't complain about that. I again received phone calls from Karyn and Michelle asking to confirm that the driver had picked up the car.
I had been told the car will be delivered before Christmas. I was not counting on it because i was sure the very same bad weather, that affected my plans, will affect the truck driver too. Well, the storm did force Dan to stop for nearly two days. During this time, Dan constantly updated me about his location and road conditions. I had planned to take delivery of the car myself, but my flight was canceled due to, not surprisingly, the weather and i requested that the car be delivered to a friend instead. Despite all the bad weather and road closures, Dan cautiously made good progress when things did clear up, and was ready to deliver the car on 24th, at a truck stop along the freeway. But unfortunately my friend's car was stuck in snow. Dan waited patiently for hours, until my friend was able to drive and take delivery of ht car. The car was in great shape, no damage of any sort. All the stuff i had put in the trunk was safe too.
I am very thankful to Karyn,Dina, Jennifer, Michelle and all the others at Angel moving autos for their caring and prompt service. I am also thankful to the truck driver Dan for his patience. My overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend angel moving autos for your auto moving needs.
