I signed a contract with Angels Moving Auto's on November 22, 2005. At the time, I was told that with the holiday weekend coming, the car would probably not be picked up until the following Tuesday, November 29. I called on the 29th only to be told the could not find a driver and I needed to give them a few more days. A status change would result in a phone call. They did not call so a followup call was made on November 30. At this point, we were told the car was scheduled for pickup on Monday, December 5. I called on Dec. 5 and was told the car was scheduled between the 5th and 10th and given the name of the company that was supposed to haul it. Upon contacting this company, I was told the car would be picked up around December 13th with a a delivery date of around December 21st (weather permitting). I had no choice but to terminate my contract and loose the full deposit given to Angels. I had to hire another company to move my car. I would not recommend this company because they danced circles around the questions and then denied any wrongdoing when the contract was terminated.

To consumers I contacted Mrs. Watson after reading the review she posted. As the owner, I am always concerned about the customers when they feel they have been mislead, or mistreated. I tried to reach a solution but was unable to. We always experience delays during the holiday season, and explain this to all our customers. Iowa is a much less traveled state in the auto transport industry, meaning drivers are fewer and further between. We knew this would take at least two to get the vehicle picked up. Once the carrier made Mrs. Watson aware of the delay she was not willing to wait and cancelled her order. We are very to proud of the customer service we provide and know that with each we do everything possible to make our customers feel they are receiving the best service possible. Unfortunately we cannot please everyone. Dina Gifford Owner
