I was very nervous about this process and was confused by all the calls I received from various companies. I chose Angels because my mom's friend uses them every year and recommended the company. The car was picked up at the time promised. While it took longer to get to me than anticipated due to a mechanical problem with the transport truck, April stayed in touch with me the whole time, and was able to quickly get another driver to retrieve and delivery my car in a timely manner. I appreciated both the fact that Angels sends text messages with updates, so that I was always kept in the loop, and that April responded to the text messages I sent her in response to some of the messages. It makes a big difference to be able to get someone on the phone. Despite the mechanical problem, which could happen to anyone, I would use this company again in a heartbeat because of their great customer service.
