Working with Angels Moving Autos is a nice, well above average experience for moving our car. It's rare experience today that a company will update their working progress to you, and explained any delay to you with honest reason.

From the initial phone call to arrange the pick up of our car, until the end to transfer the car to us, they constantly text/email/phone us about any change or possible delay to us with good reasons. They even managed to pick up our car one day early.

My original moving service (Creative Auto Service??) delayed for 6 days without any explanation, and just keep saying "Sorry, we will pick it up tomorrow. " for 5 days repeatedly.

And I must mention "Miranda Camacho" and "April". Those two nice ladies checked and reported our status when we call or text them, they never brush us off, I am OK with 2 days delay, if the reason is right and honest. And those two nice ladies call or text us with the most respectful way possible, never harsh or impatient.

After I arrange my shipping, I immediately refer the business to my friend. They are in the process of shipping their car, too. This action showed how good I felt about their service.

Comparing to several other companies that I encountered during the moving, they are absolutely the best in the business. And I truly wish they can keep up the nice job and reduce the suffering among all the families that try to ship their cars. I definitely will refer Angels Moving Autos to anyone who try to ship their cars with the least amount of headache.
