The original plan for pick up was as scheduled but the delivery date ended up being ahead of schedule; only 5 days. I was contacted multiple times via phone and text and given updates. The only problem I encountered was the original delivery time got bumped from 6:30-8pm to after 9pm. I was scheduled to meet the delivery driver at Costco (within 2 miles of my home) but due to the late arrival he agreed to drive it directly to me. Overall, I found this company to be very professional and the driver very courteous. I would recommend them to friends/family.
