Excellent Experience with Angels Moving Autos

I contacted many carries and brokers to get information and quotes for the transport of a car that I purchased from California to Texas. I feel that the customer service and responsiveness of Angels was amongst the best, if not the best. From the beginning, Miranda was prompt, efficient, and polite. She answered every question promptly and to my satisfaction. The impressions that I took away was that Miranda (and Angels) was working to provide me with quality and prompt service.

There were several surprising (in a good/excellent way) items that popped up. In addition to the customer service, I was amazed that Angels was able to setup enclosed transport in such a short time. Less than 1 day from the time I first contacted them, to the pickup of my car. Most carriers and brokers I contacted were quoting anything from 1 week plus for a pickup. Second was the price. Very reasonable, especially considering that I required extra items in addition to the car (extra set of wheels and additional tires). Even considering the extra freight, the cost was in line with and in many cases less than the others I contacted.

Perhaps the best part of the experience, was that Miranda kept me informed at every step of the way. I received constant updates as to the status of pickup, transport and delivery. That was very comforting, never having to guess where my car was.

In addition to Angels, the carrier and driver provided excellent service. The driver was careful, knowledgeable, and also worked to ensure that I was comfortable with the transport. The driver provided also provided status updates. In addition to being a nice guy, I was left with the impression that my car was in good hands with the driver.

In way of summary, the experience with Angels Moving Autos was Excellent. I will not hesitate to use them again. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
