Dear Pavan We are so sorry about your windshield. However, our office took all the necessary steps to help with this matter, unfortuantely, the driver is not responsible for cracks that occur to windshields while in transit. I myself have had a couple of cracks on windshields when driving on a freeway. Unfortunately, things do happen while a car is being transported. Last time I checked my head was firmly sitting on my neck :) Have a great day.
