This was the first time I ever had a vehicle transported so I was a little nervous especially after reading some of the scams on-line. I selected Angels based on their positive reviews and I'm glad I did. The ladies there were very nice and walked me through the whole process and assured me they only use quality carriers. I asked all the hard questions as a first timer. My truck was going from California to Idaho and the price was fair compared to other carriers. Definitely did not want to go with a low-baller fearing being scammed. The carrier came to my house on time and picked up my truck. The carrier was professional and actually a very nice guy and documented all existing nicks, scratches, and damage. He told me which route he was driving and the location of the second carrier where he would delivery it to. Had to pay him cash as instructed by Angels for the first leg of the trip which he was handling. Angels gave me the number of the second carrier which I called a few days later and my truck had arrived and was being stored waiting for me to arrive in Idaho so they could deliver it. I arrived a few days later but the vehicle couldn't be delivered due to really bad weather and no fault of the carrier. Got it delivered to my door a few days later and it was in perfect condition.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied as a first timer and the ladies at Angel "held my hand" all the way through the process. I was concerned about surprise charges and or other scams but this whole process was done professionally and honestly. If you've never done this before and don't like getting scammed, particularly with your vehicle, call Angels and they will take care of you and getting your vehicle moved!!
