I was texted that the pickup was going to be either on Thursday or Friday the week after. However by Wednesday it had changed to Saturday. Then on Friday night the driver called me saying that he would not make it for Saturday. However he told me to pick a time for Sunday and he'd be there. I gave him a 8-10am window. By 9am, I called him and found out that he was still 60 miles away. By 10, he said that he had another pickup 50 miles from my location. I did not see him till noon.

The driver himself was a nice guy, knowledgeable, and seemed to have a lot of experience. My main contact from Angels Moving Autos was also very nice and quite prompt with replying back to me. I believe that the reason that I experience such a delay was simply cause something caused the driver to get a bit behind and the fact that he was issued more pickups as he was doing his original pickups. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use them again.
