I gave my mother my car (a VW Passat) and bought a new one. I'd never shipped a car before and was terribly nervous. Everything went off without a hitch! The pickup happened on time, and the pickup driver was helpful and friendly, and when he realized his truck would not fit down my tiny street, he found a safe and easily acceible place for me to deliver the car so he could load it onto his trailer.
The car was delivered ontime without a scratch and my mother was (and still is) thrilled!
They do a great job! Use them!
