I know you'd think that, that statement is an over-exaggeration, but for a first time shipper, It is not! I was extremely nervous about this process. I read hundreds of negative reviews and horror stories on this very website and it seemed so discouraging. When I found Angels, it seemed to be one of the only transport companies that did not have several negative reviews. In my viewpoint they definitely lived up to their reputation. I contacted Angels VIA online for a quote. They will provide a quote, but make it very clear you must call for a definitive quote. The online quote provided was $800.00. I was then contacted by Donna. It did take her a few days to get me the quote, but the final quote was $1025.00, which may bother some, however I anticipated about $1000.00 with current gas prices and the distance. After being contacted by Donna, I agreed to the price and then was contacted by Jennifer. She was VERY good. She called me the first available day to let me know she was going to work hard to get me a carrier. She found a carrier for me on the same day, however the carrier was not able to pick up the car for 6 or 7 days. She was more than willing to find me another carrier, however I did not mind the wait and agreed to go with the carrier. There was a bit of confusion, Jennifer called me the next day and said the carrier cancelled and let me know she will find me another carrier, however on the 19th of August(the day before the originally scheduled pick up), I was contacted by the carrier to confirm pick up of my vehicle. I explained I thought the pick up was cancelled, he worked with me dilligently to get scheduled and agreed to call Angels and straighten out the confusion. I got a call from Jennifer the same night, she was extremely apologetic for the confusion. Mike(the carrier) even attempted to pick up my car early. He picked up my car on Thurs., Aug 21st as promised and my car was delivered in great shape on Monday, August 25th at 8am. The carrier was AWESOME, he stayed in contact with me the whole time. He was even extremely flexible, as I had to drop my daughter off at school first before meeting him, he waited for me with no problem.
