Angels was by the far the most reasonable and friendly shipping company I contacted in my search to ship my new-to-me M5 from Portland, OR to Buffalo, NY. Being that this was my first time shipping a car - let alone across the continent - I was quite nervous and paranoid about the usual horror stories I heard about on Google from other peoples' experiences with various shippers.

However, reading previous positive reviews about Angels and their friendly customer service when I confirmed my inquiry in the phone sealed the deal for me. The transport truck was a bit large to arrive at the residential address from where it was to pick up the car, but they worked with the seller to get it aboard safe and sound. The seller even offered additional compensation upon my behalf to the driver to ensure the car stays safe, yet he declined! Angels kept me updated the entire way on where the truck was en route to the east coast. The day before arrival, they phoned ahead to ask if I wanted it delivery as scheduled or the day after, as it fell on Thanksgiving Day. I wanted the car ASAP, so I requested the delivery to remain unchanged and they obliged. Delivering on a national holiday - that's bonus points in my book.

The massive transport trunk pulled into my neighborhood and unloaded my car - it was the first time I was laying eyes on it after purchasing it sight unseen. The car arrived in great condition, it was not dirty or scratched nor any damage had been inflicted during it's journey.

My entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Angels even followed up after delivery to ensure everything was satisfactory. You get true customer service from this company! I would definitely use them again.
